Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer two tiers of shipping to ensure your order arrives when you need it. Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Processing Times

- Standard Orders: Generally processed within 1–2 business days.

- Express Orders: To qualify for same-day processing, please place your order by 2:00 PM (Local Time). Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed the following business day.

Note: "Working days" refer to Monday through Friday and exclude public holidays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly through the carrier’s portal.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. STOICMEN is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately, though we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the fulfillment stage.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to our support team at info@stoicmen.co with your order number. We will work diligently to resolve the issue.
