RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At STOICMEN, we stand behind the quality of our gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 14-day return and refund policy designed to be as disciplined and fair as our brand.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your items to request a return. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel (if applicable for hygiene reasons) are final sale and cannot be returned.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at info@stoicmen.co with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Recommendation: We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
1. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
2. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the garment.
3. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, please contact us at info@stoicmen.co.
6. Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) for any manufacturing errors.
