- 30-Minute Window: You have roughly 30 minutes after ordering to contact us for changes or cancellations.

- After 30 Minutes: Once an order is sent to our fulfillment center, we can no longer modify it. You will need to follow our Return Process once the items arrive.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be:

- Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
